Warranty terms for DeepLine Waterproofing work are not yet published on this page.
Why we have left this blank rather than filling it
Because a warranty page with invented terms is worse than no warranty page. It is a promise the company has not actually agreed to, discovered at the exact moment a customer needs it.
Everything else on this site is either verified or marked as outstanding. This is marked as outstanding.
What to ask any contractor about warranty
Including us, when you call. "Lifetime warranty" is close to meaningless on its own, and it is the single most oversold phrase in this trade.
Whose lifetime — yours, the building's, or the company's? A lifetime warranty from a company incorporated eighteen months ago is a shorter promise than it sounds.
Does it cover labour, or only materials? A materials-only warranty on a failed interior drainage system means you receive some pipe, and pay again to break the slab and install it.
Is it transferable to a future owner? This affects resale, and many are not.
And most importantly: what voids it? Get the exclusions in writing. A warranty void if any future owner finishes the basement, or if the sump pump is not serviced annually, is a very different product from one that is not.
Why warranties in this trade are hard to rely on
The failure modes that matter here appear three to five years after completion, which is often beyond the point where a warranty conversation is straightforward.
Drainage stone laid without filter fabric silts up over several seasons. An exterior membrane torn during backfill leaks the following spring. Neither is visible on the day the work is signed off.
Which is why the questions you ask before the work matter more than the warranty you are handed after it. Those questions are set out onhow to choose a waterproofing contractor, and the failure modes themselves onwhat can go wrong.
In the meantime
Call (647) 584-9600 and ask. Whatever we tell you will be attached to your quote in writing, which is the only form of warranty worth having.
